Born in the Bahamas and raised in the multicultural mix of Miami is where he acquired his appreciation and respect for other cultures including that of his own Haitian ancestry.
After serving his country as a soldier in the U.S. Army, Henry decided that the best way for him to continue serving his country was to serve his community. As a business owner licensed in the field of Real Estate and Life Insurance/Variable Annuities, he has been providing quality customer service for over 8 years.
Henry decided to take his service to community a step further by organizing the Youth Power Movement (YPM). The goal of this wonderful organization is to expose this young generation to the leaders of the community which include business professionals, college students, parents and others… His campaign, “Pull Your Pants Up” is geared towards building the self esteem of young leaders by just simply placing REAL everyday leaders in front of them.
Henry’s passion for building quality leaders of tomorrow is what he instills in all members of the organization. Join the Movement- the Youth Power Movement; Less Talk, More Action.

4000 Ponce de Leon Blvd. Suite 470, Coral Gables, FL 33146

The Tim Hardaway Foundation, founded by Tim Hardaway in 2008, works to develop programs and support community-based organizations that address the health, educational and socio-economic needs of ethnically diverse, urban communities. In addition, the Tim Hardaway Foundation has focused efforts on giving voice to the voiceless in Haiti. By funding the construction of homes for impoverished families, the Tim Hardaway Foundation will establish livable conditions and give many children a healthy life to look forward to on the island.
Over the next few months, the Tim Hardaway Foundation will award money to community-based organizations that focus primarily on education, health and fitness. In addition, we will support more than 100 minority high school students with scholarships for tuition and summer programs, particularly summer basketball camps. Through this funding, the Tim Hardaway Foundation will give students an opportunity to improve their health, hone in their basketball skills and stay out of trouble.
Despite these remarkable projections, many people will remain without adequate support, many young people will be desperate for help, and many children will lack many of the resources they need to overcome life’s challenges. We recognize the overwhelming needs, but are dedicated to mitigating as much of these problems as possible in the coming years.
This is why together we need to do more and that’s why we are hoping you will lend support to the Tim Hardaway Charitable Foundation by getting involved with one of our community events, by sponsoring one of our important programs, or attending one of our monthly dinners.
The Tim Hardaway Foundation is geared up to make tremendous improvements in our community. We NEED your help.
